RETURN POLICY

 

How can I return an online purchase?

Except for non-returnable items mentioned below, you can return any purchase(s) within 14 days of the delivery date by simply requesting a scheduled return, free of charge via Aramex. 

You may request a return at your account by clicking Return Request. Then, Aramex will contact you via the phone number/email address provided in your order, and arrange the collection of your return from the delivery address you originally specified. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

You will receive notifications regarding the approval, courier dispatch, and any potential cancellations or updates. The entire return process is expected to be completed within approximately five working days.

What are the return conditions?

  • All products must be returned unworn, unused, and undamaged while in your possession, with all related accessories (designer tags, shoelaces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels, warning stickers, instruction booklets, and brand merchandise) included within the original box and packaging, in the same condition as shipped to you.
  • Please ensure that shoes are tried on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid sole damage, as any damage may result in the return being declined.
  • Hygiene restrictions: Returns will not be accepted for earrings, skincare, fragrances, stockings, socks, e-gift cards, lotions, shoe-care products, personalized products, sneakers acquired through raffles, or limited-edition styles. Swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene strip remains intact.

İpekyol reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the stated return conditions. This includes items that are requested or sent outside the designated return period or those not in their original condition.

If a return does not meet the required conditions, the customer shall bear the delivery costs for:
(i) the initial return shipment incurred for us to assess the item, and
(ii) the reshipping fee if the item is sent back to the customer.

Return Processing Time

  • Once the item is picked up by the courier, it will take approximately 5 business days for us to receive and process the return.
  • Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the above conditions.
  • If the returned item(s) comply with the return criteria, we will proceed with the refund.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we accept the return in our warehouse,

  •  The refund may take a few days to appear in your account. Depending on your bank, this process may take between 3 to 10 working days from the time we receive your return at our warehouse.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
